Robot customer:
When you want to automate a process in your company, you can create a request for information (RFI) in the tender portal. The RFI contains relevant information about what you want a potential robot solution to do. It will automatically be sent to relevant robot suppliers, who can describe how they can solve your needs and what solutions they can deliver.
Robot supplier:
Access the portal to view open tenders from potential customers matching your company. When you have a relevant solution to offer, you can respond to the customer request and let them know, how you can help them automate. The portal also shows all your existing responses.
Only registered users with either a standard company (customer) profile or a robot supplier profile may access the tender portal. You can register a user and create a company or supplier profile for free. Just click the “Access Tender Portal” and you will get further instructions.
Robot customer:
Your request is only shown to registered users with a robot supplier account approved by us. Only suppliers of the type you choose, may see your request. Your company and contact information is hidden to all users – you decide when and if you want to share it.
Robot supplier:
When you respond to a customer request, your information is only shown to that company and user. Other suppliers and customers will not be able to see information about what you shared
Yes, it is free for both robot suppliers and robot customers to make requests and post responses. Both parties can at any time choose to message each other through the platform and share contact Information in case they want to proceed with a deal.
