How we handle payments

1. Hire supplier

When a Client decides to hire a Supplier for a Project, the Client clicks ‘Hire’.

2. Payment details

Once the Client click ‘Hire’, they will be asked for payment details.

3. Money is secured

HowToRobot will draw the full Project amount immediately and reserve them for the duration of the Project.

4. Payment is released

Once the Project is marked as delivered by the Client, the money will be released to the Suppliers Stripe Account*.

* Suppliers must register for a Stripe account before they engage in Projects with clients via HowToRobot. HowToRobot will deduct a service fee from the amount released to the supplier.
