HARTING Denmark started 1 January 2010 as a subsidiary of the German main group HARTING Stiftung & Co. KG.

HARTING Germany was founded September 1, 1945 by Wilhelm and Marie Harting in Minden. The company is still 100% family owned and now has subsidiaries / sales offices in 32 countries distributed throughout the globe.

HARTING is headed by Mr. Dietmar Harting (President / Partner) and Mrs. Margrit Harting (Member of the Board, Partner). The third generation of the family is also strongly rooted in the activity represented by son Philip Harting (Senior Vice President, Connectivity & Networks) and daughter Maresa W.M. Harting-Hertz (Senior Vice President, Controlling and Tax).

The applications where HARTING's solutions are used ranges from machine building and factory-automation, automation -and transport-technology, energy production and distribution, industrial electronics, equipment connections and telecommunications to medico technology and use in radio transmission, stage and event technology.
