The equipment can be cleaned individually or in groups.

The scope of this project to automate the process of no filler Tig welding tube assemblies for firearm suppressors. The tube assemblies are made using 1.5" diameter Chrome Moly 4130 Alloy Steel. Depending on the assembly variation, there can be 2 or 3 circumferential welds at different positions on the tube. The weld types consist of butt joints and a lap joint.

The process starts with a dip coating machine where mold tooling is dipped in ambient temperature vinyl plastic, after the tooling is dipped, it is positioned horizontally for removal of the vinyl caps.
