Additional goals include: -Reduce the amount of time required to empty a grain bin -Preserve asset integrity (bins are subjected to eccentric forces during unloading process that can damage the structure) Challenges include: -Variable bin sizes (30' - 200' diameter, up to 100' tall at the peak) -Variable rate of existing unloading equipment (bph) -Environment and hazards (confined space, LOTO, grain engulfment, dust inhalation, dust explosions, toxic gases, etc.) -Maintaining even bin wall pressure -Employee safety

I need the automation solution to be installed: Within a year

Further explanation:

I will be pretty swamped until later this Fall/Winter, but am open to answer questions about the project up until then. I will be in a better position to move forward with a solution in a few months.
