About
Mark is a freelance technical copywriter specializing in robotics and automation. He has a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (BSEE) from the University of Illinois, and many years of experience in technical sales. He recently wrote a new chapter for an e-textbook called, "Introduction to the Automated Warehouse". The textbook is produced by the U.S. National Center for Supply Chain Automation with a grant from the National Science Foundation. The chapter Mark wrote is entitled, "Autonomous Mobile Robots". The book is intended to educate and also inspire people who wish to become technicians and mechanics in modern warehouses and distribution centers.
