Service Fees
Effective July 2026
All fees are exclusive of applicable VAT, sales tax, GST, and other governmental charges.
Customer Platform access
Current Customer subscription plans, included Project Credits, billing periods, and prices are displayed on the applicable pricing or order page. Monthly subscriptions are charged by card. Annual subscriptions are invoiced and payable within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
Subscription pricing changes apply upon renewal. HowToRobot will provide affected Customers with at least 30 days' written notice before a pricing change takes effect.
Creating a draft Project is free. Publishing a Project consumes one Project Credit in accordance with the Master Terms & Conditions.
Supplier memberships
Standard membership: Free
Premium membership: USD 1,200 or EUR 1,200 annually, as applicable
Premium membership includes access to Expression of Interest, Budgetary Quoting, and other Premium Platform functionality described on the Supplier membership page.
Supplier membership pricing changes apply upon renewal. HowToRobot will provide existing subscribers with at least 60 days' written notice before a pricing change takes effect.
Supplier commission
HowToRobot charges the Supplier a commission equal to 5% of the total agreed transaction value for transactions facilitated through the Platform, regardless of whether every part of the transaction is completed on the Platform.
For transactions exceeding USD 1,000,000, the commission is capped at USD 100,000, plus the value of any Bolt-On Services previously delivered to the Customer in connection with the same Project.
Commission is invoiced when the transaction is completed and is payable within 30 days. Commission payments are non-refundable.
Bolt-On Services
Fees for Bolt-On Services are stated in the applicable Service Proposal. Approved travel and accommodation expenses may be invoiced separately. Unless the Service Proposal states otherwise, invoices are payable within 30 days.

Development note
The former Buyer Reimbursement Notice is intentionally omitted because the Master Terms do not create that reimbursement or credit right. Do not republish it unless legal and commercial owners approve corresponding language in the Master Terms or a separate promotion.
