Description
The PUDU MP2000 is an AI-native pallet handling robot for floor-to-floor transport: moving pallets point to point between goods-in, storage, production and dispatch, without a driver and without rebuilding your warehouse.
It carries a rated payload of 2,000 kg, travels at 1.2 m/s loaded and up to 1.6 m/s unloaded, and completes fork entry in around 20 seconds. Battery runtime is 12 hours unloaded and 6 hours at full load, recharging in about two hours on 200-240V, with automatic or manual charging.
Navigation is 3D LiDAR-SLAM and VSLAM. There are no floor magnets, reflectors or site modifications: map the area and the robot works out its own routes.
KEY CAPABILITIES
Plug-and-play deployment. Multi-sensor navigation and on-board intelligence mean no site modifications, no platform integration and no lengthy commissioning. Fast area mapping shortens deployment.
AI-native autonomy. Self-learning storage locations, load-carrier recognition and clearance assessment let it operate in dynamic warehouses without constant manual checks. Scanning the start and end of a location group generates the location data automatically, cutting setup time by around 80%.
Forgiving pallet pickup. Tolerates up to 15 cm of lateral offset and 15 degrees of angular deviation, so hand-placed pallets do not need straightening before the robot can lift them. Compatible with three-runner, perimeter-base and nine-leg pallets.
Works in tight spaces. A 2.0 m right-angle stacking aisle and 1.1 m unloaded passability, with a 1350 mm turning radius. Storage density is preserved without widening aisles.
Omni-Sense safety. Depth cameras, 3D LiDAR and a multi-layer sensor suite give 360 degree awareness. It reroutes around static obstacles, stops for moving ones, and issues audible and visual warnings in mixed pedestrian and vehicle traffic.
Fleet orchestration. Each robot makes its own decisions and plans its own routes, with inter-robot communication keeping a fleet coordinated even offline. Add units to scale throughput without a central controller.
IoT and system integration. Tasks are dispatched via PUDU Link, APIs, voice or physical task buttons, with optional integration to elevator controls, automatic doors and other site equipment.
