Description
A dual-station robotic welding cell that allows operators to load one fixture while the robot welds on the opposite station, maximizing arc on time and reducing downtime between cycles. Ideal for low-volume, high-mix production and job shop environments, the large work envelope accommodates either a single large weldment or multiple smaller parts in a single setup. Independent workstations provide the flexibility to run different part sizes simultaneously—allowing one side to remain in production while the other is retooled for the next job.
Standard Payload is 1,000kg per side. Heavy duty payload option of 2,000kg per side.
Optional 1-3 meter span between head and tailstock.
1.5 meter rotation with larger options available.
