SMART ADAPTER FLANGE FOR SMALL ROBOTS

This smart adapter flange will give your robot same interface as the collaborative robots from Universal Robots. This adapter not only fixes the size difference but it also has a build in electric connector that makes it easy to attach UR tools to the robot controller.

This adapter flange is designed for robots with ISO 9409-1-37.5-M5 tool flange.
Typical robots: ABB IRB 1200, KUKA KR6 and KR10, Fanuc CR, etc.

The electric socket on the adapter flange is identical to UR robots.
(M8 8 pins, male Lundberg RKMW 8-354)

With this adapter flange your robot can use all the smart tools designed for UR robots.

For higher security, the adapter plate is connected to the controller with a snap-in cable that can be reconnected after a mishap with the robot.
