Thouzer is a flexible material-handling robot designed to reduce employee walking, pushing, pulling, and repetitive A-to-B material transport in manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, and logistics environments.
Thouzer can start in Follow-Me mode, where it automatically follows a worker while carrying or towing material. When a process becomes repetitive enough to automate, compatible Thouzer models can use Memory Trace® Teach & Repeat: an operator simply demonstrates the route, and Thouzer can then repeat that route autonomously.
For standard Follow-Me and Memory Trace workflows, no Wi-Fi, laptop, conventional facility mapping, or robotics engineer is required to teach and operate the robot.
Thouzer can be configured to carry materials directly or tow existing carts, dollies, trolleys, and compatible pallet jacks. Depending on the model and configuration, the Thouzer family can move loads of up to approximately 2,000 lb (900 kg) per trip.

Safety features vary by model and configuration and can include 2D/3D LiDAR, obstacle detection, emergency-stop buttons, safety bumpers, and audible/visual alerts.
