● It is estimated that the polishing process can be automated to a large extent. By re-arranging the layout of the polishing machines, a higher level of automation could be possible. ● Manual handling of components while transferring from one station to other can be eliminated. ● Proper routing of work and material flow can be ensured, which will have several benefits (see list below). ● Manual inspection can also be replaced by current technology available in vision systems as a further step.

Due to the surge in demand from Domestic and Export Orders, we have an urgent need to increase or production capacity. Our plant is an existing (old) one and needs to be modernised with the updated Automation & Robotics technology.
