To expand on product quality/uniformity, we often have a few needles per work order that our inspectors flag as needing to be touched up (a work order is 2K-5K of needles). The operator that loads/unloads the equipment are responsible for touching these up manually, but our hope is that this percentage is even lower when the process is automated.
