Low-level, skill and pay for current operation. Difficult, dirty, fatiguing, and overall undesirable job with high turnover. There are dangers related to muscle strain, pinch/crush points, stainless-steel related fume/particle inhalation, and spark/burns. Quality and characteristics are often inconsistent and somewhat subjective. There is also incorrect use/process speed for media life.
