The automation solution should: Ensure stable, reliable transfer at the required production speed Eliminate manual intervention during normal operation Achieve synchronisation with upstream and downstream equipment Prevent misalignment or product jams that lead to waste Reduce unplanned downtime and improve process efficiency Maintain hygienic and food-safe design standards Minimise modifications to existing equipment, where possible Be robust and easy to operate, considering limited on-site technical resources
