The objective of this system is to load and unload laser engravers with Chromebooks. There are a total of 6 laser engravers and 3 fume extractor modules. Engravers do not have automatic top lids or cycle start operation. Robot will have to open and close top lids and press cycle start button. Sometimes laser engraving leaves dry powder residue. This automated system will have to check for the presence of engraving and the quality of engraving ensuring there’s no powder residue, if there is, the system will have to wipe it down. The system will need to have a queue of raw parts and finished parts, the operator will be tending to the system with loading and unloading boxes.
