- I want to reduce the number of employees working on this process
Further explanation:
The primary challenge is the excessive manual handling required to assemble and orient D-Ring components. Operators must currently pre-assemble covers, load individual parts (bolt, spacer, push nut, D-Ring subassembly), initiate the press cycle, and then manage finished assemblies for packaging. This results in slower throughput, variability in part orientation, and greater potential for errors. By automating the assembly and transfer of the D-Ring, the customer aims to minimize operator involvement in repetitive handling, ensure consistent orientation and quality, and streamline the flow into packaging. we have 3 machines involved ( 1operator per machine with 2 shifts) Machine No. 1 =2 Operators , Machine No. 2 =2 Operators , Machine No. 3 =2 Operators Total 6 Operator
