The customer wishes to reduce the number of operators required to move products throughout the facility. They are facing a labor shortage and need additional operators at other locations within the facility. Additionally, a consistent product flow with quick response time to need is a benefit that this automation will solve. Finally, efficient use of floor space will with a reduction of random pallet placement is desirable.
