Currently processed animal products are delivered to processing plant via Trucks with Aluminium Bodied Trailers, They are then emptied by inclining the trailer and the animal product exits the trailer from the end leaving residue inside that has to be removed before the trailer can be reused. After positioning over a drain an employee then has to enter the Trailer whilst it is slightly inclined (at 2-3°) and manually remove the residue with a Manual Jet Wash, Only Clean Hot Water (60-70°C) pressurised to <140 bar is used to remove the residue which then exits from the back of the vehicle.
