Roll packing is the bottleneck of our operation. Our machines can cycle faster than our current manual roll packing process can handle. Our goal is to automate both manual roll packing and case palletization to remove the current bottleneck. This will then allow our machines to cycle at their optimal productive rates. Current staffing for this area is 24 (spread over four shifts) which covers our 24 hour per day, 7 day per week operation. The goal is the eliminate these 24 manual packing / palletizing positions.
