Featuring a user-friendly operator interface and fast, simple changeovers the BakerMate™ can handle a full range of tasks that include:

• Decorating and Finishing
• Packaging
• Palletizing
The BakerMate™ features a welded stainless-steel, open-frame design that is easy to clean and sanitize. The End of Arm Tools are easily interchangeable, which allows bakers to quickly switch from one operation to another. And a no-code, recipe-driven interface makes changeover from one SKU to another fast and simple.
Several versions are available, incorporating collaborative robots that have different reach and payload capacities. Throughput is dependent on the complexity of the task, the distance between operations, and the handling characteristics of the products. Capable of travelling at up to 2,000mm/second, the BakerMate™ can handle a wide range of production operations.
