Fully automated machining cell for the production of vacuum-shaped plastic items.

Efficient 5-axis CNC machine, as well as fully automatic vacuum shaper both ensuring high productivity, combined with robustness, strength and speed to ensure the production of vacuum-shaped plastic parts and in very high quality.

The machine is operated by a 7-axis industrial robot with proven grippers with vacuum suction cups. Vacuum is applied on the entire touch surface without leaving marks on the workpiece regardless of material composition.

The entire solution is connected by GiboSoft software platform which, through intuitive interfaces and options, creates a user experience that makes it easy for operators to operate the facility after only a few hours of training. The robot’s tools are designed to integrate vacuum cleaner to remove dust or chips before the workpiece is palletized. Before palletizing the workpiece, polish it on the brushes so that the finished product is left with soft, round shapes that can be packed and shipped to customers.
