HyperionTM 8RF is an 8 axis laser welding cell with the ability to load and unload products whilst the cell is in operation. The cell is designed to provide the ultimate solution in flexibility and productivity.

Flexibility
The combination of the 6 axis robot and the tilt and turn manipulator gives full 8 axis movement allowing the processing of the most complex shapes and 3D geometries.

Guard

The fully enclosed guard system is designed as a class 1 laser enclosure with fully interlocked access doors, to ensure cell safety for personnel working on or around the laser system. A light guard system protects the operator in the load and unload area.
