Description
The semi automated assembly line was designed to assist the operators in the assembly of a medical device. The line included 10 unique stations that each performed a different stage of assembly. The stations included a heat steak station, three sonic weld stations, two manual assembly stations, a laser marking station, a leak test station, a hepa cleaning station and a packing station. All station were built on height adjustable bases and installed in a clean room. PLCs and HMIs were used for machine control.
