An Automated Electronic Machine Detection Technology (Monochromatic Vision System) has previously been trialled at a sister plant to automatically detect bungs location but has been unable to consistently identify the bungs location due to debris and discoloration of the target area, This exercises purpose is to identify relevant robust technology that will correctly identify <99% of bungs centre location so that a down-stream process can remove bung automatically and without manual intervention. The Project will aim to run a project for 3 months in order to ensure all SKU pass through the system and verify the Electronic Bung Detection Technologies performance.
