FOCUS Integration

The CARBON is a modular industrial robotic palletizing system built for complex, high-volume end-of-line applications. It combines FOCUS Integration's palletizing application expertise and the proprietary FOCUS Operating System (FoS) to address multi-line palletizing requirements that fixed-footprint systems cannot accommodate. The CARBON is fully configurable in robot selection, infeed count, pallet positions, and cell layout.

Deployment & Integration
The CARBON ships as pre-built, pre-wired modules. Electrical and pneumatic connections are routed beneath the platform structure and terminate at quick-connect fittings, reducing on-site installation time and minimizing downtime during commissioning. Standard installation is completed in 1–3 days depending on cell configuration.
