Iconsys iAM-R

Much more than an AGV, the iAM-R from Iconsys is an automated and intelligent robot unlike any other. Fully mobile and with no need for tracks, each iAM-R comes with a bespoke modular interface that sits atop a MiR200. Mounted on top of the iAM-R interface is a 6-axis Universal Robot designed to mimic a range of human motions.

The iAM-R setup

The Base
The MiR200 mobile robot base is agile, responsive and smart. The MiR200 doesn’t run on tracks, it navigates your workplace layout, with sensors that scan for obstacles and the brainpower to find a way around.

The Interface
The modular interface is the main intelligence behind the iAM-R. Never ‘off the shelf’, it is designed to your work seamlessly with your factory’s workspace. 100% customised and fully programmable.

The Arm
The top-mounted 6-axis robot is capable of carrying 3kg, 5kg or 10kg. Designed to mimic the range of motion of a human, it comes in three sizes and a choice of robot grippers, tool changer options and integrated vision.
