These robots commonly handle tasks with speed requirements that exceed the capabilities of other robot types. Examples include high-speed pick-and-place, part transfer, and packaging tasks. The delta robot is best suited for lightweight applications with a small working envelope. While it can struggle with more demanding payloads or reach requirements, you won’t match its speed with other robot types.
